English Premier League soccer club Cardiff City is seeking to list on Singapore's stock exchange after plans by its Malaysian billionaire owner Vincent Tan to list in his home country were thwarted by regulators. The Welsh club, which recently changed its colors from its traditional blue to red as the color is considered more propitious in most of Asia, is looking to joint Singapore's small-cap Catalist exchange next year. The size of the public offering is yet to be determined.
